AECES top ranked SaaS solutions provider Littlelives acquires Illume Technology to expand its client base and product offerings.
LittleLives, a provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for preschools, announced today that it has made a strategic acquisition of Illume Technology. With a clientele of all PCF kindergartens since 2011 and the addition of over 70 private kindergartens and childcare centres early this year, LittleLives is ranked number one by the Association for Early Childhood Educators Singapore (AECES).
Illume Technology was founded in April 2012 and has developed its main flagship product, a Software-as-a-Service for preschool centres called Childcare Operations Support System (COSS). In the press release, founder of LittleLives Ho Sun, said, “With this acquisition, LittleLives’ users will benefit from innovative solutions such as key@once (key at once) which further enhances the centre’s productivity by elimination of manual administrative tasks such as updating various external portals through automation, and will have more time for more qualitative work.”
Evan Low, founder of Illume Technology, will be joining the LittleLives team as an Innovator in order to ensure smooth transition for Illume Technology’s clients into the LittleLives System. Evan mentioned in the press release that, “It’s exciting to be a part of the LittleLives family. With access to LittleLives’ deep technical & operational resources, our customers can enjoy a true leading-edge one-stop-system.”
LittleLives has visited Africa, China and the United States and plans for a bigger global launch in the near future.
